Fantastic service as always

The service and assistance provided by Pam Hewitt at the Flowerzone was exceptional. I say this because even tho the florist was not available for Monday - Pam emailed me and explained her situation but out of sheer kindness she delivered the flowers on Monday. Talk about going out of your way - I would order again from the same florist.

Have ordered lots of flowers before which have always been excellent but these unfortunately didn’t hit the mark. Poor overall display with a large gap in the middle as if something had been pressing down on them, with some flowers already beginning to die within a day. £10 delivery because it was outside delivery area is also a new one. At best the delivery address is 5 miles from the actual shop. A fiver was fine but not £10.

I have recieved flowers from here several times now, each time they have been gorgeous. They remained fresh and came in a beautiful hat box presentation. Today I have sent some to a friend and she sent a photo, I'm pleased to say that Flowerzone did not let me down, they are lovely. Would definately recommend.

Ordered flowers from here several times for friends, great service and the flowers look amazing for the price.. the driver he's was bright and pleasant interaction towards my friend when he dropped the flowers off ! How i know I was sitting in my friend's salon when the flowers arrived x
