I ordered from what I thought was florist closest to me and then had to pay an extra £3 delivery as it was out of the area that they would normally deliver to. That was absolutely fine but then when my colleague received the flowers (which were fabulous she said) they had come from HER local florist. I spoke to direct florist on Monday who said my local florist was shut that day so they had rejected the order and therefore were sent from a different shop. When I queried the extra £3 I paid I was told I would need to be dealt with by the complaints team, this was on Monday and I am still waiting to have any contact with them on Thursday. Its not a matter of the £3 it's the principle of it!!

Same day delivery option. Flowers arrived at destination within a reasonable time and looked exactly as they did in picture. No fuss to choose, variety to choose from and recipient happy!
